Single swing gates are the most economical to install of all gate systems. This also holds true for the automation on single swing gates. Single swing gates have a practical limited width of about 16'. Gates wider than 16' do exist and gate operators are available to handle 20' wide gates.
Bi-parting swing gates are considered the most elegant entryways. Bi-parting gates can be much larger; up to 32'. Commonly most gates are between 12' and 20' in width.

Installation
Most installations take approximately 10 days to complete, including fabrication. Our Process is a 'turn-key' installation from groundbreaking to completion. Once completed, we will walk through the gate operations with you and answer any questions. We then provide you with the remote controls (programmed) and you're set. We take care of everything. It's that easy.
Gate Openers
The automatic swing gate opener will depend on the length and weight of the gate, whether it is a single or dual (sometimes called bi-parting) gate, and whether there are any additional requirements such as uphill grade (i.e. non level). Heavy and long gates require heavy-duty gate openers. Light and short gates can generally be fitted with a light-duty gate operator. Generally speaking, heavy-duty gate operators are ground mounted, meaning they attach to a concrete pad or slug in the ground. Light-duty gate operators can be post-mounted, meaning they attach to the guide post.
